We are on the hunt for a TRAINEE FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE/TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE to work from the Staines office! This brand is an International Freight business with lots of potential for you to be trained as a Field Sales/Business Development Executive £18k-£20k OTE £32k OTE.
Have you come from an Estate agency background and want to make a move into B2B Commercial sales?
Do you have a desire and attitude to get into Field Sales but only have Telesales experience?
Are you a recent graduate but know you want to get into sales but have NO experience?

Business customers range from The Arts, Accountancy, Publishing, Shipping, Finance, Media, Legal, Post Production, and Fashion & Advertising.
Your role:
• 75 calls a day when you are not on the road
• Booking appointments to visit customers with your manager then on your own
• Covering a Territory and managing your pipeline
• New Business/ Account Management
• Closing business and working towards KPI’s
They will provide;
• Full product training. (Field sales training if necessary)
• Basic salary will depend upon previous sales experience.
• Generous commissions.
• Company pension scheme.
