Do you want to work for a brand that screams out Luxury, amazing customer service and a family environment? We are on the hunt for an Account Manager/Business Development Executive to work for one of the largest UK Suppliers of Diamonds in London.
£25k OTE £40K First Year £50k Second year and £60k-£70k+ the following years, once you have grown your client base!
To make it simple, we are looking for someone who will have that go getter personality, someone who wants to go above and beyond to be successful.
You will be in a situation where:
1. The back office is great – software is easy to use
2. You have lapsed & existing clients across the UK on the system but need to MAXIMISE opportunities NEW, LAPSED and OLD.
3. A Great team who are all competitive and earning commission
4. A great OTE to earn uncapped commission
5. A chance for you to progress and develop a career
6. You cover the UK on the phone but can visit customers once or twice a month with the support of your line manager
With all this in mind, all we want from you is to be driven, competitive & to not waste this great opportunity by not being proactive!
So what we want from you is:
• Chase up leads, be proactive and not lazy!
• Down to earth and Loyal – the office has lovely people
• 1-2 years B2B Sales experience or Wholesale Sales experience
• Telesales Experience/Business Development/ Account Management Experience
• A passion for the brand
• You DON’T need to come from a Diamonds background but if you do, that is also ok!
• You would need proven examples of success and New Client Wins
• Ability to work towards targets each month
