Are you looking for a clear path of learning and development, training and realistic progression? We are offering a basic of £30k/£35k OTE £50k realistically in your first year with the highest earner in the team, earning £90k last year.
What will you be doing:
•80% New Business and 20% Account Management, after 6 months of having the account you will pass this on to the Account Management Team
•Working with the Telesales team as well as maximising your own pipeline
•Working to KPI’s of 12 Appointments a week of which 5 should be from the Telesales Team
•We do require you to be 30 mins from patch
•Admin duties on the CRM, Database, Call Backs, Lead Generation
What are we looking for?
•Supply Chain and Logistics/Packaging experience beneficial HOWEVER we are looking for solid B2B Field Sales Executives who have sold a solution/Service background in New Business
•Minimum of 2 years B2B Field Sales Experience selling a service
•You must have no more than 6 points on your driving license to be considered
•We are looking for Driven, Motivated and professional sales individuals.
