Salary: GBP7.12 - GBP7.12 per hour
This role is a 3 month contract:
To make a substantial contribution to the growth and success of the company, by delivering excellent customer service to all internal and external customers and to meet the patient’s expectations.
-Responsible for ensuring that clinical evaluation forms are sent to referring centres in accordance with the SLA.
-To deal with patient registrations and to ensure that photocopies are taken of all referral forms.
-In conjunction with the Clinical Operations Manager, organising deliveries with the patient’s requirements and liaising with logistics department.
-Organising prescriptions with doctor’s surgeries and hospitals as required.
-Answering enquiries and queries (non-medical).
-To act as a liaison between the nursing teams, customer care staff, personnel, consultants and their secretaries and patients.
-To ensure effective running of all key aspects of office administration.
-To regularly monitor and update the filing system for all patient records, ensuring that all correspondence is filed in alphanumerical and chronological order and in the correct file depending on the type of medication the patient is receiving.
-Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
-To be able to communicate effectively on different levels to ensure smooth running of the organisation and to maintain good working relationships, thus being a key player in business development.
-To assist the Clinical Operations Manager to conduct regular audits and to help them comply with core standards, policies, procedures and accurate documentation.
-To understand the sensitive nature of the job within both patient and nursing team settings and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
The role holder will have experience in the following:
-Working in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
-Proficient in Word, Excel.
