Hampton’s are currently working in partnership with a private company experiencing a time of change within the organisation and require a strong and experienced Hospital Director for their 50 Bedded Hospital for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities with mental health needs, and personality disorders based in the Sheffield area.

The Hospital Director will have responsibility for the day to day operations of the Hospital and staff.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Hospital Director will be responsible for the Hospital and all aspects of the care of the Hospital’s patients. The successful candidate will monitor performance of all staff, ensuring standards of clinical practice and care are adhered to.

Main responsibilities

• The ideal Hospital Director will have previous experience of Directorship for a hospital and services relating to Mental Health or similar environment and have excellent CQC knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An RGN/RMN qualification desirable although not essential.

Salary: £70,000 (Negotiable for the right Candidate) + Company Benefits
