Project Manager ((Underground Infra (Stations))

Project Manager ((Underground Infra (Stations)) (JO012869) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsible for the project and construction management of Underground
Stations; from planning until completion of construction and handover to the future
MRT Operator.
2) Manage and execute the interfacing process between internal departments and
external stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the works.
3) Provide technical input and guidance to the project and construction team to
ensure the set specifications and quality are met.
4) Identify and plan resource requirements to facilitate the construction of the
Underground Stations; its associated structures and manpower planning as well
as work schedule that best fit the requirement of the project.
5) Provide input to the construction design to ensure constructability and cost
effectiveness of proposed design and construction methodology.
6) Ensure proper monitoring of work programs and construction sequence as well as
to minimize and mitigate any delay by conducting regular meeting and interaction
to resolve any issues that may arise.
7) Maintain an effective quality surveillance system to ensure that all records, test
results, checks and inspections are properly executed and documented; all nonconformances and issues are resolved/closed; and also to identify potential risks
that may hamper/delay construction.
8) Manage an effective program or surveillance for safety and conduct regular
safety, health and environment audit.
9) Provide support for contractual matters including change control, variations and
claims as well as routine payment processing.
