The scope to be covered is the coordination of buildings in the Nuclear Island of OL3 Nuclear Power plant.

• Definition of priorities of activities in building, including commissioning
• Definition of starting date of contractor’s and commissioning activities in rooms and in accordance with overall time schedule
• Organization and implementation of remaining works with support of construction and maintenance managers -                Organization of coactivity
• organization of weekly coordination meeting, involving all parties (Construction, commissioning, Intervention group, maintenance, etc…), and regular site tour to monitor the performance of the activity and to solve coordination issues directly on spot. They are also in charge of monitoring the cleanliness of the building and the safety deviations and request action if needed.
• Building manager have also to approve/reject the scaffolding requests, based on the site activity.
• Support Finishing & room completion manager on some particular activities.
