Project Manager - Concrete Experience (893510) Dublin, Republic of Ireland
A leading Concrete Company based in Leinster are now recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with Concrete Experience, for projects based in Dublin. They are looking for a high level professional to manage and lead the Concrete team from tender to completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget
- Manage day to day operational duties
- Has managed teams in the past and has an excellent boardroom presence
- Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas
- Ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards
- Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues
- Progress reporting and Milestone projections
- Attending scheduled meetings
- Liaising with client and subcontractors
- Preparation of tender schedules
- Preparation of histograms
- Resource /cash loading of schedules
- Providing data for payment applications
- Completing contract review reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction or similar relevant discipline
- 5+ years in Project Management
- Experience with MS Project
- Proven experience in successful delivery of large-scale projects
- Full Drivers Licence
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
