A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a Dublin-based Construction Company. You will very much be your own boss in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Experience within the construction industry +10yrs
- Management of 15+ site staff
- knowledge of the facade industry an advantage but not essential.
- Schedule progress updating
- Progress reporting and Milestone projections
- Site progress verification
- Attending scheduled meetings
- Liaising with client and subcontractors
- Management of site staff across multiple projects
- Completing contract review reports
