Compensation Analyst (7452BR) New York, New York

The Compensation Analyst position plays a support role in compensation projects and may have own internal HR Business Partner clients as well. Uses experience and judgment to analyze solutions to straightforward problems and works under moderate guidance. Position reports to a Vice President‐Compensation and works closely with other Compensation Business Partners on the team.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Participate in survey competitive analysis, job evaluation and development of compensation offers for groups supported
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support year‐end administrative process
• Research compensation practices and trends
• Assist with compensation design, communication and implementation

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of Compensation experience and, ideally, working toward World at Work Certification
• Strong analytical skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Self‐starter, results‐oriented, team player, with strong oral and written communication skills
• Prior experience working in SAP, Success Factors, and MS Access environment a plus
