Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills internal and external customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Responds to routine inquiries, processes routine requests, and adjusts customer records using the current operating systems and resources. Service requests and inquiries handled depend upon area of assignment. Responds to customer inquiries via multiple channels as assigned by the supervisor. Routes inquiries for internal departmental handling as appropriate. Processes customer payments. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and college degree or 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area of insurance or annuities. Relies on instructions and already established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Reports to a supervisor or manager.
