Project Manager-Water/Wastewater (11818BR) Little Rock, Arkansas

As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:

*Working on cutting edge water and wastewater treatment design projects.

*Will serve as a mentor to junior staff and an important liaison to our clients.

*Working on facilities throughout Arkansas, Texas and the central United States, this individual will lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams and support business development activities.

*Will work with regional resources to develop detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment processes.

*Other responsibilities include; working with process experts to develop design concepts, directing and mentoring process design staff, serving as a technical resource, coordinating design discipline input, implementing quality management procedures, managing sub-consultants, managing budgets and interacting with client staff.

A successful CDM Smith candidate will have:

*B.S. in engineering (M.S. preferred)

*12-15 years of related work experience following graduation from a recognized and accredited engineering program.

*Registration as a licensed P.E.

*Thorough knowledge of newest developments in the water and wastewater treatment field.

*Excellent written and oral communication skills.

*Previous experience in municipal water and/or wastewater treatment consulting and design.
