Store Manager Trainee – Automotive Store Manager – Service Manager
Job Requirements:
Store Manager Trainees must meet the following to be considered:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an automotive repair facility
- College degree preferred
- Demonstrate exceptional experience in management operations
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead crew to meet shop goals
- Ability to hit monthly financial goals
- Proven track record of growing yearly revenue in a multi-million dollar operation
- Computer skills are a must
- Able to clearly communicate with customers on the services provided
