£22-27k Basic + Excellent OTE – Free on-site parking.

The Role:
I am looking for 2 experienced Lettings Consultants and a Lettings Negotiator working within a well-known and established Sales and Lettings Estate Agency in the Heart of Birmingham. This company are making strides in the Midlands area and are well appointed in the market. They have a portfolio of high end properties on their books and pride themselves on representing the best property’s in the City Centre and the exclusive suburbs of Edgbaston and Harborne.

You will be part of an experienced team and will be responsible for driving business forward in this already well positioned agency. The role will involve you taking ownership for the end to end consultancy services, and taking ownership of your clients, identifying business opportunities and assisting to grow the lettings division.

Requirements:
Previous Lettings experience required.
Presentable.
Full UK driving license and use of own car.
