CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK
An experienced Customer Service clerk is required for a Global Freight company. Based in Derby the remuneration will command a basic salary of £20,000.

ROLE
The role of Customer Service Clerk is an exciting opportunity for a logistics andfreight professional from a Customer Service background. You will work within the Customer Service team receiving and inputting bookings into a database.
- Receive bookings and input them into the database
- Strong UK Distribution knowledge
- Daily communication with clients
- Order processing
- Team training and development
- Accurate upkeep of records
- Develop communication channels with relevant internal departments
- Order Management
- Delivery Management
A dangerous goods qualification and a security qualification would be desirable but not essential.
PERSON
You will be experienced within Customer Services or a Logistics and Freight professional with a proven track record in within the Freight Forwarding and Transport sector. You will be self motivated and able to work as part of a dedicated team. You must be presentable and able to communicate at all levels. Proficient IT skills as well as being a strong communicator.
