Our client, a global leading IT company, is looking for a JD Edwards - SCM Consultant.

Experience in JDE Supply Chain

• Knowledge of JDE tools
• Degree in engineering (i.e. Systems Engineering or equivalent degrees.
• Understand the function of JDE application and where it is applied in the business
• Serve as the key conduit of functional/business & technical knowledge into the JDE Development, CNC and interfaced external system teams
• Perform impact analysis on incoming service/support requests, specific to complexity & estimate drivers
• Create functional / operational design specifications for support work and support the business analysts in their project work
• Detailed functional specifications, test plans & user and operations documentation
• Providing production support for JDE super users and end users. Activities include problem analysis, break / fix, testing, and promotion to the prototype environment.

Application Management services including:

• 1) ITIL Service Management Services Incident, Request and Change Management
• 2) Provide Tier 1 support levels including 24/7 support for Critical (Priority 1) issues.
• 3) Provide timely updates on Critical Incidents to Critical Incident Manager (RToPS process updates to Senior Management)
• 4) Achieve contractual SLA for Service Management
• 5) Interact with IT Business Analyst and Business user representatives to understand new Requirements and proposed changes to the ERP system
• 6) Delivery Enhancements to the system and achieve contractual SLAs for On Time Delivery.
• 7) Liaise with offshore (India) JDE Developers and JDE support team to achieve contractual SLAs and Customer Satisfaction for Service Management and Enhancements.
