Key Duties include:

• Scheduling appointments with clients and managing the advisor's schedule
• Tracking important deliverables for client policies and investments
• Preparing client paperwork and documentation
• Tracking and managing the insurance underwriting process
• Tracking the investment documentation process
• Developing and maintaining manual and computerized client files
• Database maintenance
• Preparation of presentations

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent organization and time management skills
• A high degree of business professionalism including the ability to effectively liaise and communicate both verbally and via written communications
• Experience in the Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient at Data Entry with keen attention to detail
• Ability to perform individually and as a team member
