Are you looking to restore a piece of your community? We have jobs available in the Winnipeg area for restoration workers. As a restoration worker, you will be cleaning, rebuilding and helping with the re-structuring of buildings for our clients.
Responsibilities
Use of basic hand tools such as hammers, saws and drills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely
- Ability to read blueprints
- Communications skills and social awareness are important to interact with customers, coworkers and supervisors
- Ability to assess damage and determine what can be saved.
- Removing damaged wallboard's, lumber and carpet
- Installing new materials
- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Keeping a neat work space
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration is required
- Ability to carry out physical tasks
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Highly motivated, self- driven and detail oriented
- Must have a clear criminal record
