Position Summary:
Loan Advisors provide an initial point of contact for customers who are delinquent or who are facing a personal situation resulting in delinquency.
Loan Advisors are responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service and building a good relationship with their customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent customer service to customers via telephone.
• Contact or attempt contact with customers at all stages of delinquency (primarily late stage delinquencies of 61+/potential charge offs).
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, such as “Promises To Pay” (PTP), electronic check payments or money orders as requested by the customer.
• Locate or attempt to locate potential “skip” customers, utilizing various skiptracing tools.
• Meet or exceed production goals (including but not limited to call volume, accounts worked, and dollars collected) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements: Associate’s degree, flexible to work Mon-Fri between 6am-8pm, and 1 Saturday per month for 4 hours
Experience in the retail sector or customer service preferred!
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
$14.50 - $17.00
