Task Description
- Operate and understand Paint System
- Apply paint to a thickness of 1.2 to 1.5 mil
- Knowledge and use of proper Paint tips used
- Check paint for proper viscosity
- Add K-Cure and thinner as required
- Proper use of grounding cables
- Quality check paint coverage
- Read and follow paint sheets
- Keep accurate record of paint usage
- Inventory paint
- Clean and maintain paint guns and equipment
- Bring in paint as required
- Responsible for Company tools
- Proper installation of paint filters on a daily shift basis
- Wear respirator, face shield, rubber and/or Chemical Master gloves, and Tyvex suit
- Help with paint booth clean up
- Other duties to include material handling tasks
- Help with Quarterly Inventory

Measurements of Performance
- Quality of paint job is up to the standards set by the Company
- Paint usage should be, on an average, 450 lb for Q-Shelf-750 lb for Q-Rack
- Paint inventory and daily usage is filled out accurately and legibly
- Able to accomplish above tasks without any or very little supervision
- Attendance is within company standards
- Observes all Safety Requirements
- Reports any incident that affects TMC adversely
