In this entry-level position associate will be responsible for providing customer service to inbound clients and vendors and responding with timely resolution.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and assessing client/vendor needs via inbound calls.
Data entry of Returns Authorizations.
Answering questions, overcoming objections, and handling sensitive or uninformed callers.
Interacting with multiple departments to gather critical data elements and information.
Assembly and administration of package deliverables with shipping and labeling.
May require some outbound calls and troubleshooting.
Ability to professionally communicate, both written and verbally including email interaction with clients.
Customer Service attitude is a must.
FT position with potential for OT and possible weekends, based on events (limited).
Call center experience preferred, but not required.
High School Graduate or equivalent.
