The New Product Introduction (NPI) team, which is part of Global Revenue Operations, plays a unique role in the creation of these systems by bridging the worlds of Finance and Product Development. The NPI team utilizes its deep accounting technical background and project management skills to gather, prioritize and design the financial requirements for new billing, payment and financial reporting systems. In the process, the team works closely with Engineering, Product Management and the broader Finance organization to ensure the successful development, testing and implementation of these systems.

• Project manage the creation of new financial processes and systems


• Work closely with financial operations, engineering, sales finance, treasury and local country business finance controllers to design accounting and financial reporting requirements for new billing, payment and financial reporting systems


• Successfully design and execute financial user acceptance test plans for new platforms


• Ensure internal controls on the expanding financial platforms are in place and operating effectively


• Find ways of improving existing financial operations processes

Required Experience-

• Accounting


• User Acceptance Testing


• Bachelors degree, or equivalent, with a strong academic record. MBA or CPA preferred


• An additional 2 years of Management Consulting, IT System Implementation, or other project management experience


• Six Sigma or other process optimization certification a plus


• Leadership skills ability to take ownership of projects, set objectives, drive to results and influence without authority
