Purpose of the Position:
To perform project management and senior architectural guidance functions for Global Infrastructure department. Under minimum supervision, the employee provides project leadership for a senior team of IT professionals engaged in architectural work impacting many or all of  business units worldwide. Proactively responsible for the development and regional buy in of policies and standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes project priorities and manages the activities of the large project team, which may include multiple tracks, delivering each project within the established commitments, ensuring quality, performance and conformance with specifications and requirements.

Leads large project efforts, including enterprise-scale systems which affect multiple large or complex applications.

Writes and evaluates documentation which is used to educate professionals in all functional areas.

Develops and implements project management strategies by working with IT management to publish project management guidelines and training.

Works with IT management to share resources across IT.

Leads cross-team planning sessions to meet customer needs.

Manages project timelines and deliverables ensuring that goals are met for the entire team.

Works closely with global and regional senior staff to resolve more complex problems.
