Responsibilities
HRStrategy
•Design and implement key human capital strategies aligned with business objectives
•Partner with business leaders and their teams to initiate and implement optimal organization structure and to drive culture & engagement
•Leverage corporate change solutions to ensure an appropriate level of consistency across the company
•Ensure D & I initiatives are integrated into all HR activities & policies
•Promote Zoetis’ culture and values
•Oversees HR activities associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
•Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies
Talent Acquisition
•Partner with Talent Acquisition as appropriate to:
oBuild and drive a workforce plan. Assesses current talent and gaps as well as future requirements and develops solutions based on the strategic direction of the business
oDesign and direct talent acquisition process to attract and retain exceptional talent
oPersonally oversee recruitment for key senior leadership roles
oMonitor relationships with local vendors
Talent Management
•Design a talent management program using corporate talent tools & programs to ensure appropriate talent pipeline
•Partner with managers to:
oDesign and oversee development programs of colleagues' skills and competencies in alignment with business strategies
oDesign and oversee human capital development activities
•Leverage company programs for senior leader and organizational development
•Act as key advisor and business partner to senior leaders and business teams as an expert on people and organization issues
L&D
•Leverage the corporate L & D programs to drive the regional and local strategy
•Ensure effective implementation of on-boarding program
Compensation & Benefits
•Partner with Global Total Rewards as appropriate to:
oAssist business leaders to ensure Total Rewards program is administered and leveraged appropriately
oDevelop local salary/compensation structure, plan and delivery strategy
oDesign and oversee local benefits program that complies with local regulatory and legal guidelines

oOversee implementation of compensation processes and administration of health & welfare programs
oMonitor relationships with local vendors
HR Operations
•Partner with Global and Regional HR Operations units as appropriate to:
o Ensure consistency, standardization & optimization of HR processes and technology delivery of HR services
oLead and oversee flawless execution of data management and record keeping, payroll operations, workforce administration, workforce analytics and reporting
oMonitor relationships local vendor relationships and costs
HR Alignment
•Design and Build effective linkages and alliances with the Centers of Excellence (COE) and Enterprise organizations to ensure alignment of HR processes/programs in region
