We are recruiting for customer service reps for a customer service call center in the Mason, Ohio area.

Must have a passion to deliver world class customer service, while possessing the ability to multi-task and follow policy and procedures through scripting.

Training Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM | SAT 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* The shifts would likely be either 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday, or a mid shift of 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm with a day off during the week and working every Saturday. Saturday hours are slightly earlier and would be between 9-7pm.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
**An additional .50 cent/hour bonus paid out for hours worked from November-January**
