Busy insurance office located in Beaumont, TX is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to answer incoming calls from customers, direc tthe calls to the appropriate person, answer and resolve any questions and/or concers about obtaining insurance or interestedin obtaining a new policy or making changes, and selling from inside new policies.  It is a huge plus to be licensed in P & C, and life.  Candidates must be proficient in MS Office. Must have good phone voice, excellent customer service skills, and some inside sales experience is preferred.  Bilingual in Spanish a a plus.
