IT technical support engineer (Java apps, Linux, AWS, SQL) - junior / graduate or intermediate level - North wales
IT technical support engineer sought by this market-leading software house developing complex logistics and supply chain software products and systems.
They are seeking an additional technical support engineer to resolve technical issues and assist in implementations of their key systems and software. You will have excellent communication skills and be involved in systems administration and using their call logging applications to update and resolve calls and fix issues.
Will suit a local graduate support engineer / analyst who is looking to train up on complex Java based systems with an interest in learning more about software and systems, with a general interest in programming, operating systems and testing. Any knowledge of programming languages such as Java or web technologies, Cloud based infrastructures (such as AWS) as well as Unix (especially Linux) or SQL would be useful, although training will be provided
