You'll play a very important role in the future growth of the company, leading ongoing business development, managing project teams, and working with the founders on strategic planning.

Your role:

• Working closely with team leads to ensure successful execution of client projects
• Communicating with clients, and driving strategic initiatives with partners and suppliers
• Continuously optimising project teams, planning team capacity and identifying hiring needs
• Working with the founders to define strategic goals for client projects
• Collaborating with the tech team to translate client needs into tech solutions
• Providing inspiration, leadership and mentoring to the wider team

About you:

• 5 years' experience in project or key account management at an agency, ideally related to social media
• Extensive experience leading fast-growing, high performing teams with knowledge of how to effectively scale teams and processes
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a love for tackling challenges
• Creative, with a deep understanding of all things social media
• A passionate leader and team player, with a positive attitude
• Fluent in both German and English
