We're looking for a savvy Senior Account Manager to join a tech-driven marketing company, working with some of the biggest and most exciting international brands! What you'll be doing:

You'll lead and project manage the conception and development of engaging social campaigns and important projects, striving for continuous optimisation and delivering consistent, high quality results.

• Generating ideas, coordinating teams, budgeting, planning, and delivering within deadlines for social media campaigns and strategic projects
• Managing internal project teams, as well as external service providers
• Continuous optimisation of processes and products
• Creating pitches and negotiating with customers
• Strategic planning and setting specific objectives projects
• Acting as the first contact for customers and growing customer relationships
• Actively participating in the feedback culture, contributing the personal and professional development of your team members

What you're great at:

You're highly motivated, with a positive attitude and a love for tackling challenges! You'll have extensive professional experience in project and/or key account management, ideally related to social media. 

• Extensive professional experience in project and/or key account management, ideally related to social media
• High attention to detail, taking responsibility for yourself, the team, customers and the little things too
• Confident in managing project teams and customers
• Fast learner, with excellent analytical skills
• Strong creativity, with extensive understanding of social media
• Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
