Some of the roles and responsibilities of this Admissions Coordinator will consist of;
- Administering applications and verifying information, whilst adhering to GDPR Regulations at all times
- Answer any telephone enquiries, ensuring every call is dealt with efficiently and courteously whilst maintaining the highest of standards
- Take prospective clients on tours throughout the year, including open days, whilst promoting and selling the company brand and visions at all times
- Ensure all visitors are aware of, and follow the security procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required to do so, covering sickness and supporting busy teams
We would be keen to speak with anyone who has had experience working in a similar environment, this being an Admissions Officer, School Office Administrators, Hospital Receptionist etc.
The Ideal Admissions Coordinator will have the following requirements;
- Have your own transport due to the location, on-site parking is provided
- Have a DBS on the Update Service, or happy to have a DBS check
- Must be computer literate, being proficient in the Microsoft Word and Outlook
This permanent position would be working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week earning a salary of £18,500 per year.
