Castle Business Support Division in York are looking for a Business Admin Assistant to join a client in their growth period in York.
The roles and responsibilities for this Business Admin Assistant position are;
- Responding to requests for information, business research and collating management information
- Managing office supplies
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Assisting with the maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
- Assisting in delivering small projects
- Data entry
- Building effective relationships within the organisation to ensure best service for customers
- Other duties as and when required, due to the needs of the business
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements;
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage activities in an organised, methodical, timely manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate information in a clear, accurate and professional manner both orally and in writing
- Ability to recognise and adapt to changing priorities
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Practical and pro-active approach to tasks
- Experience of supporting a project team is desirable
- Technical, process driven aptitude is desirable
- Working within an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation is desirable
This Business Admin Assistant position will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £18,000 - £20, 000 depending on your previous experience.
