We are currently recruiting for a Claims Advisor to join a professional team on the outskirts of York. Excellent progression and learning opportunities are provided within this role. Own transport is necessary due to location.

You will be:

• Taking inbound calls regarding claims
• Assessing claims in a fair and prompt manner
• Ensuring all details are obtained before deciding on a claim
• Calculating settlements of claims
• Addressing urgent queries such as complaints and appeals
• Meeting personal KPIs

You will be working 37.5 hours per week on a flexi-time basis. The office is open between 8am-7pm. You will be on a rota for one late shift a week finishing at 7pm. You will also be expected to work one Saturday in 8 from 9am-12pm. Earning £22,000 with a great opportunity for progression.
