We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing and expanding company based on the outskirts of York, easily commutable on the A64.

Some of your duties will consist of;

• Coordinating appointments for technicians to attend client sites in your areas
• Receive installation and removal requests via the website, phone, and email
• Create installations plans and provide accurate quotes
• Track and allocate work ensuring that internal technicians are utilised with work being balanced, rather than overusing external contractors

This will be working 35 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. This is earning a salary of £9.75 per hour plus a quarterly discretionary bonus raising your salary to £20,700 per annum.
