We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Engineer to join an ISO Certified team in Yorkshire.

The Service Delivery Engineer duties;
- Installing a range of connectivity services including Broadband, Leased Line, Fibre and Hosted Services
- Conduct and record full and thorough diagnostics to enable resolution
- Maintain connectivity services, hosted platforms, providing event, incident and problem resolutions
- Escalate to relevant internal or external teams as appropriate to enable resolutions
- On-call rota, based on a 1-week-in-4 basis, which an additional allowance is paid
The Service Delivery Engineer requirements;
- Technical knowledge of LAN, WAN and VLAN principles
- Understand leased line, copper and fibre broadband
- Have working experience on router and Firewall technologies
- Have working experience on CISCO switches
- Having a Full UK Driving Licence is essential
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a basic salary of £22,000 - £26,000 depending on your experience.
