Salary: GBP19500 - GBP19500 per annum + + excellent company benefits

Castle Business Support division in York are looking to recruit numerous Contact Centre Advisors for a continuously growing and award-winning client in the centre of York for their Member Services Department.

The Contact Centre Advisors are the first point of contact for customers, some of the duties will consist of;

  • Receive inbound calls from customers, assisting with their needs using your training, initiative and judgement to provide the appropriate guidance and advice
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers in a positive, understanding and caring way
  • Use your initiative and judgement to provide the most appropriate information and advice to help members navigate the claims journey
  • Take responsibility for identifying training and coaching needs to enhance personal performance and development
  • Work within a service orientated environment, working under pressure to meet customers’ needs
  • Recognise complaints, acknowledge and resolve at first point of contact where possible or escalate appropriately

The right candidate will have the following requirements;

  • Active and effective listening skills
  • High level of empathy and resilience
  • Excellent telephone manner and an ability to adapt different situations
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and positive
  • Computer literate

This will be working full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week working either 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm earning a salary of or around £19,500 per annum depending on experience.

Our client is working towards a start date of Monday 4th February 2019, where you will attend a 6 weeks’ training programme Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Successful candidates must be available for the whole 6 weeks training.
