Customer Contact Advisor (RL7270) York, England
We are looking for a number of Customer Contact Advisors for a client based on the outskirts of York.
This position requires answering telephone calls with queries regarding company products and services offered, whilst also making complimentary follow up calls to both customers and clients.
No experience within a call centre is required however some experience within the Customer Service sector is preferred this being either face to face or over the phone. The fantastic company offers a full training package with the potential to walk a clear path of progression.
This permanent position will be working 37.5 hours a week. You will be required to work weekends on a rotary basis which will include a Saturdays roughly once a month and a Sunday roughly once every two months. You will receive a day off during the week when you are required to work on the weekend. This company also offers Felix time and up to 25 days holiday a year plus 8 bank holidays.
Due to the location of the company, having your own transport is required. There is free on site parking available.
They are offering a salary of £17,000 - £18,500 depending on your previous experience.
