Office Manager / Project Coordinator (RL9147) York, England

Salary: GBP25000 - GBP30000 per annum + + excellent company benefits

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager / Project Coordinator for a client who believes in delivering excellence to both employees and clients. This is based on the outskirts of York which is easily accessible from the A64 or just a 20-minute bus ride from the centre of York.

As a member of the Leadership Team, some of your responsibilities will be but not limited to;

  • Managing internal projects
  • Undertaking research to support the delivery of internal projects and continual improvement
  • Managing the Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015
  • Managing the Business Admin Assistant in their day to day activities
  • Providing administrative support to the management team including responding to requests for information, servicing meetings etc
  • Managing housekeeping tasks to ensure day to day smooth running of the office including managing office and stationery supplies
  • Building effective relationships within the organisation and sharing knowledge, to deliver excellence for our customers
  • Supporting the company’s commitment to continual improvement

 

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with 1 hour for your lunch. This will be earning a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on your experience.
