Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide effective IT support across all departments for a client of ours in the centre of York.

Some of the roles and responsibilities for this role will be;

• Provide support via phone, email and in-person to all employees across 5 sites
• Log calls into a call management system, ensuring they are all handled in a timely manner and all users informed throughout
• Ensure all tickets are followed up and appropriate action has been taken
• Ensure the most productive use of IT resources and that existing systems perform to meet production needs
• Be competent at managing your own workload, having excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have an understanding of Microsoft platforms, and having the ability to track any risks, issues and dependencies

We would be keen speaking with anyone who has had experience working within a similar role such as helpdesk, 1^st or 2^nd line support etc.

This will be working full-time Monday to Friday, earning a salary of £22,000 to £24,000 depending on your experience.
