We are currently looking for a certified IT Project Manager to join a large, exemplary business on the outskirts of York. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of multiple projects across the business.

Some of the responsibilities will be;

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope
• Coordinating internal and external resources as part of the project deliverables
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensuring internal governance processes are followed and complied within the context of each project including following internal sign-off processes are followed
• Ensuring project change is managed appropriately including full impact assessment and change approval process
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Reporting and escalating to the Head of IT as needed
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

This will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week earning a salary of £40,000 per annum plus excellent company benefits.

We would be keen to speak with anyone who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience and is project management certified such as Prince 2, PMP, CPMP etc.
