Castle Business Support Division are looking for Customer Care Representatives for a company based in York

THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for the role of Customer Care Representative, you will have or be able to:
- Ability to work autonomously and to clear guidelines
- Happy to work to set KPI's
- You will need to be very customer orientated
- Excellent telephone and admin skills
- Comfortable with all Microsoft packages
- Happy to deal with complaints
- Ideally, you will come from a Customer Service background
- Working 5 days over 6
