Castle Business Support Division are looking for a number of Telesales Executives to work for an award-winning client in the centre of York.

These Telesales Executive positions will involve;

• Inbound and Outbound calls to both new and existing customers.
• Following up leads from customers, who have either requested information or have started the application process, trying to make progress with their process.

To be successful for one of these Telesales Executive positions, you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes;

• An excellent telephone manner, with previous experience
• Thrive working to KPI’s in a sale driven environment
• Enjoy speaking with customers, building up rapport using effective question and listening skills, striving to provide fantastic Customer Service
• Have influencing and negotiation skills with a positive can-do attitude

There will be a full 2 weeks training programme provided from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm starting Monday 3^rd December 2018. Following completion of your training, you will then go onto your shift pattern working Monday to Thursday 3:30pm – 7:30pm earning at or around £19,500 pro rata depending on level of experience.
