We are currently looking for Part-Time Customer Service Advisors to join a growing and expanding company based on the outskirts of York, easily commutable on the A64.

Being the first point of contact for customers, some of your duties will consist of;

• Receiving inbound calls from customers, ensuring that you provide the appropriate technical guidance and advice needed, whilst being approachable and helpful with a high level of customer service
• Having an excellent knowledge of products available, being able to answer any questions or queries which customers may wish to discuss
• Build rapport and relationships with customers without using scripts, in a positive, understanding and caring way
• Work within a customer service orientated environment, where quality is better than quantity
• Logging calls when customers need face to face assistance

We have the following two shift patterns available, both are inclusive of an unsociable shift allowance with the amount varying depending on the unsociable hours required to work;

1. 5 hours per week;
   Wednesday 17.00 – 21.00
   Thursday 17.00 – 21.00
   Friday 17.00 – 21.00
   Sunday 12.00 – 16.30
   Salary of £12.78 per hour.
   
   
2. 21 hours per week;
   Tuesday 11.00am – 7.00pm
   Wednesday 11.00am – 7.00pm
   Thursday 11.00am – 3.00pm
   Friday 5.00pm – 8.00pm
   Salary of £9.54 per hour.
