We are currently recruiting for a Claims Advisor to assist a client based just outside the centre of York, for approximately 3 months.

Some of the responsibilities of the Claims Advisor will be;

• Provide support to the Contact Centre by answering inbound calls from customers with queries regarding claims and giving guidance
• Deliver excellence by resolving queries and authorising claims
• Carrying out administration tasks
• Speaking with customers, managing expectations, through mediums of telephone, letter, email or web
• Investigate and respond to complex queries, liaising with third parties to resolve them

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, earning £9 per hour. Along with this opportunity, you will receive free on-site parking, access to a staff gym and other amazing staff benefits.
