Castle York are looking to recruit numerous Contact Centre Advisors for a continuously growing and award-winning client in the centre of York for their Member Services Department.

The Contact Centre Advisors are the first point of contact for customers, some of the duties will consist of;

  • Answering calls from customers using your training, initiative and judgement to provide guidance and advice
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers in a positive, understanding and caring way
  • Discuss the different products and services available for the customers
  • Work within a service orientated environment, working under pressure to meet customer's needs

The right candidate will have the following requirements to become a successful Contact Centre Advisor;

  • Excellent listening skills
  • High level of empathy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate

These Contact Centre Advisor positions will be working full time Monday to Friday 40 hours a week fix on a shift of either 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm with a salary of £18,500-£19,500 per annum depending on experience.
