Site Manager – Fit Out
One of New Zealand’s leading commercial contractors is seeking to add an experienced internal fit Site Manager to manage the completion of a internal fit out programme in Central Auckland. The candidate will be working on one of the largest retirement communities in Auckland with work expected to last until late 2019. Candidates will have an excellent track record in large scale commercial work up to 5 storeys high.

Contract type: Contractor (PAYE or GST)
Contract duration: 12 month rolling contracts (with extension)
Location: Auckland
Salary: $60-70 per hour(DOE)
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Site preparation prior to commencement
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications & programme
- Ordering materials
- Health and Safety
- Subcontractor management
- Preparing site reports
