Should have led a team of Developers.
Must have 5+ years of programming experience in Web Application Development with strong front end development skills.
Java/J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JSTL,Struts, JMS, Java Security) , HTML, JavaScript, CSS,  DHTML,  XML, XSLT.
Experience developing software on application Servers like IBM Websphere/BEA, Weblogic/Oracle App. Server etc.
Should be familiar with Object Oriented design/development concepts.
Should be familiar with relational DB concepts and be fairly fluent with SQL .
Ability to use Design Patterns/ Best Practices.
Experience in writing test cases and test plans.
Familiarity with source code control concepts. (VSS,CVS,PVCS etc) & SDLC life cycle.
Background with domain expertise in banking & financials is preferable.
Must have strong presentation development and delivery skills.
Strong team player, initiative and self-motivating, able to manage stressful situations & negotiate.
Ability to respond under pressure to many demands.
