DIGITAL ANALYTICS CONSULTANT – GLOBAL BRAND – 12 MONTH FTC  -

 

My client is a leading global brand well known for being leaders in their field and supplying luxury products.

 

They are looking for an “analytics know it all” who can be responsible for interpretation, measurement and definition of all forms of digital analytics. The role will also require research into the market, competitor and best practice digital trends and excellence.

 

The digital analytics Consultant daily duties will include

 

  • In conjunction with the head of digital, define KPIs and other key data points across multiple channels, geographies, and two distinct brands.
  • Determine and implement the tools necessary to properly and efficiently measure and report on those metrics
  • Work in near real time to apply deep analytic insights to the omnichannel customer journey. 
  • Make specific and actionable data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and be comfortable defending your view
  • Review local markets’ reporting and make suggestions for improvement. Serve as the global curator of best practice.

 

The digital analytics consultant will need to have the following experience

 

  • A digital subject matter expert in analytics tools (Google Analytics a must), measurement and methodologies.  Comprehensive knowledge of digital content management systems, multi-variant testing, social listening tools, media tagging other digital platforms/resources.
  • Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships within the Digital Team, cross functionally within the business and with partner agencies.
  • Detail oriented, with an ability to communicate complex data sets and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure and during time sensitive projects.
  • Ability to sensitively manage embargoed data and assets.
  • Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators.
  • Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
  • Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace new ideas.
