Position: Recruitment Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Coordinator will be supporting the Recruit Department (4 recruiters and the Director of Recruitment and Compensation) with administrative duties in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Duties include: generating detailed reports, answering phones and act as a back-up resource for the Human Resource Recruiters. Key responsibilities consist of: receiving, logging, and distributing resumes, pre-screening applicants, posting of internal/external job requisitions on various internal/external web sites, maintaining a list of current and pending positions, communicating with the hiring managers and processing background checks, credit checks and applicant pre-assessing testing The HR coordinator will be responsible for processing/auditing new hire paperwork, completion of pre-employment, answering incoming phone calls, conducting reference checks, employment verification and filing. The HR Coordinator will also set up applicants on the on-line application and administer pre-employment assessment testing.

Required Qualifications:

This candidate must have experience in a Human Resource Environment. They must be able to handle confidential information daily.
They must have EXPERT knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Visio. Must be able to proficiently create graphs, and charts through Microsoft Products.
The Recruit Coordinator must have experience in handling confidential information, detailed reporting and tight deadlines.
