Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)
Working Hours: Full Time & Part Time (up to 35 hours per week)
Salary: £17,814 - £22,854 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)
Location: Waltham Forest
We are looking for dynamic and passionate Housing Assistants to deliver a high quality service to our residences in our sheltered housing schemes. You will act as the on-site representative at our sheltered schemes in East London, ensuring the day to day safety and wellbeing of our residents in the context of Health & Safety management, Fire Safety procedures and general maintenance of the schemes facilities.
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience of working in a setting with vulnerable people. You should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service and have the ability to think on your feet and take responsibility for all aspects of the scheme.
The ideal candidate will have experience of maintaining and updating accurate records, be focused, professional and organised. This is a varied role and you must be able to work on your own initiative in line with policies and procedures. You will need to have the ability to be empathetic and balance the complex needs of our residents, in line with regulatory compliance.
