The firm
An award-winning management consulting firm who, most recently, have been recognised as one of the best workplaces for millennials. Based in Central London, this busy office is seeking a brand new Human Resources Manager to support a specific client group.
This is a huge global organisation but there is a distinct lack of hierarchy; this firm offer a fluid and approachable working environment. There is a LOT of trust put in the HR team by the firm so you would be joining somewhere that really champions their people strategy.
The role
Reporting into an experienced Head of HR, you will have oversight and management for a small team who deliver commercial and proactive advice to a designated population. You will be guiding leaders through your employee relations advice and coach employees through the performance review process.
Employee engagement is high on the firm's agenda so you will be contributing to building a positive and inclusive working environment and championing values.
The person
You will have extensive experience of working in HR within a commercial and corporate environment, ideally a multinational organisation. Relevant HR qualifications are highly desirable, as is previous experience of managing a small team.
